It is hereby announced that the individuals listed hereunder (both obliged to acknowledge their stock exchange transactions on the Company's shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), purchased Company shares as follows: a) Mr. Demosthenes N. Vardinoyannis, Non-Executive BoD Member: 4,000 shares of total value 47,360 euro on September 15th, 2008. b) Mr. Theodore Porfyris, Chief Accountant: 210 shares of total value 2,457 euro on September 15th, 2008 and 790 shares of total value 9,211.40 euro on September 16th, 2008.
