MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the five year period available for the collection of the year 2002 dividend expires on December 31st, 2008. Company shareholders entitled to the year 2002 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can contact the Shareholders' Department (12A Irodou Attikou str., 151 24 Maroussi, tel. + 30 210 8094042 - responsible Ms. Gipari). After December 31st, 2008 dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
