He was born in 1933 and studied Economics at the Athens Graduate School of Economics and Business Sciences (former ASOEE currently Athens University of Economics). He is one of the founding executives of MOTOR OIL and a member of the Board of Directors since the foundation of the Company and also a member of the Audit Committee. Apart form MOTOR OIL he acted as General Manager for various Vardinoyannis Group companies for many years. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of Piraeus Bank.
