The share capital structure of IASO S.A., as a multi-shareholder company, based on data as of 12/31/2003, consists of 30,511 shareholders out of which, 803 are obstetricians – gynecologists working for the Company. It is noted that the members of the Company's Board of Directors' hold, on 12/31/2003, 2,892,538 shares in total, a 6.395% of the total Share Capital while management executives hold 6,550 shares, which represent 0.014% of the total Share Capital.
